Tuition and Fee
Credit Hour Pricing
Beginning with the Fall 2004-2005 academic year, Tuition and Mandatory Fees will be changed on a per credit hour basis up to 15 hours. This 15 credit hour cap will allow students to complete 120 credit hours in eight semester or four years. Credit hours above 15 will be charged the rate of 15 credit hours.
Out-of State Undergraduate Tuition
Undergraduate out-of-state (non-Illinois resident) per credit hour tuition is twice the resident per credit hour tuition. The 4-Year Guaranteed Tuition Plan is extended to all undergraduate out-of-state new freshmen and transfer students.
Out-of-State Graduate Tuition Rate
Graduate out-of-state (non Illinois resident) per credit hour tuition is twice the resident per credit hour tuition.

Activity Fees:
($26 part-time/$36 full-time) are assessed to provide open on-campus positive programs and activities to students that enhance curricular and co-curricular experiences for students.
Student Union Fees:
($85 part-time/$117 full time) are assessed to maintain the facility, provide services and promote a variety of programs and activities that are responsive to student's developmental needs.
Athletic Fee:
($36 part-time/$45 full-time) provides support for a comprehensive Intercollegiate Athletic program.
Health Fee:
($11 part-time/$20 full-time) provides support for some health-related activities and services for CSU students.

Athletic Fee: ($63 part-time/$78 full-time) provides support for a comprehensive Intercollegiate Athletic program.
Health Fee: ($20 part-time/$30 full-time) provides support for some health-related activities and services for CSU students.
Health Insurance:
($431.00 full-time) the student health plan for accident and sickness is mandatory for students, undergraduate and graduates, who enroll with 12 hours or more.
