Dr. Allison RoseAllison Rose, PsyD, is the Interim Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP).  Dr. Rose assumed the role as Assistant Dean for Pharmacy Student Affairs in January 2018. Prior to her appointment, Dr. Rose has served in the role of Assistant Dean of Enrollment and Student Services and Director of Assessment at other institutions of pharmacy education. In her role, she provides leadership to the College on matters related to student recruitment, enrollment, career and professional development and develops services and programs responsive to student needs. In addition to administrative roles, she has served as an assistant professor at various institutions for over 14 years. Dr. Rose is a firm believer in educating the “whole student”.

Dr. Rose graduated with a BA in psychology from The University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and PsyD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a member of several personal and professional organizations and her research interests currently focus on diversity and inclusion.

Amalia Diaz Amalia Diaz, B.S. is the Assistant Program Director for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP).  Mrs. Diaz holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from Chicago State University in 2005. Mrs. Diaz began her career at Chicago State University as a Procedure and Systems Analyst in the Undergraduate Admissions Office. She served in that position for 3 years. In addition to her current position, she serves as an advisor for the Organization of Latin American Students (O.L.A.S.).  As active alum and employee, Mrs. Diaz is proud to be involved in a program that allows her to pay it forward.

 


Sultan Farabee

Sultan Farabee, is the Recruitment and Student Affairs Coordinator for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy

(CSU-COP). Mr. Farabee holds a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from Chicago State University in 2001. Mr. Farabee began his career at Chicago State University as a project counselor in the Premedical Education Department in 2005. He served in that position until 2007 when he became the Assistant Director of the newly named Prehealth Professions Office. Mr. Farabee joined the College of Pharmacy in his current position in 2009.

 


Edith Godinez

Edith Godinez  is the Customer Services Representative II  for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP) . Mrs.  Godinez   holds Bachelors in psychology from Chicago State University in 2008.  Mrs. Godinez began her career at Chicago State University Customer Services Representative II in the office of Student Financial Aid.  She served in that position for  6 years.  Mrs. Godinez Joined the college of Pharmacy in 2013.
