Funding Education Beyond High School

AC Grant & SMART Grant
Two new federal student grants became available beginning with the 2006-2007 school year. Read all about them and see if you qualify for these new funding sources.

Beginning with the 2008-2009 academic year, current and prospective teachers may qualify for the new federal Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program. We are in the process of reviewing the final regulations for this program, issued by the U.S. Department of Education, and anticipate starting award processing by mid-August. We will shortly publish additional information on this web page as well as announce the actual date, when it has been determined, that we will begin processing this new grant program. Please check back periodically.
